Instead of a bendable display, the new ZTE Axon M features a secondary screen that can be unfolded to get a 6.75-inch display. Despite thin bezels, the separation between two screens is quite visible. We might see a more seamless approach in future devices.
Users can configure the dual-displays in four different ways. A ‘Dual mode’ allows you to use the dual displays as two separate units with two applications running alongside each other. An ‘Extended mode’ combines the two displays into one. It extends your content across both screens. While a ‘Mirror mode’ runs the same content to run on both displays, while a ‘Traditional mode’ turns one display off to mimic a normal smartphone.
The ZTE Axon M runs Android 7.1.2 Nougat operating system. Other features include dual speakers, Wi-Fi, GPS, Bluetooth, FM, 4G, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack. Sensors on the device include a Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, and Ambient light sensor.
