Yu Yureka Plus Gets Price-Cut, Now Available At Rs. 8,999

Within a month of its launch, Yu Televentures has announced reduction in the price of Yu Yureka Plus smartphone. After price reduction of Rs. 1,000, the Yu Yureka Plus can now be grabbed for Rs. 8,999 instead of its original price of Rs. 9,999.

It will be available at the new price from the next flash sale exclusively from Amazon India. The second flash sale is scheduled on August 6, 2016. Registrations for the next flash sale will end midnight tomorrow (August 4, 2015) on Amazon India. Further more, those who have already purchased the smartphone will get a gift card worth Rs. 1,000 from Amazon India.

As for specifications, the device is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.5GHz paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB of RAM. It runs Cyaonogen 12.0 based on Android Lollipop operating system and features a 5.5-inch full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution, 400ppi pixel density and Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

There is 16GB of inbuilt storage onboard which is expandable using microSD card. The handset sports a 13 mega pixel auto focus rear camera and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 2500mAh battery, it comes in Alabaster White and Moondust color options. Connectivity options include 4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and USB 2.0.
