Yu Televentures has launched its latest budget smartphone, dubbed the Yu Yunique in India. As for specifications, it is powered by a 64-bit 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor paired with Adreno 306 GPU and 1GB of RAM. The handset runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop and features a 4.7-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
There is 8GB of internal memory which is expandable using microSD card. The smartphone sports an 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. Backed up by a 2000mAh battery, it offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.

The Yu Yunique is priced at Rs. 4,999 and will go on sale exclusively on Snapdeal starting September 15, 2015 while registrations for the sale will close at 8:00 pm on September 14. It will also come with two back covers in White and Grey color options taking the price of the phone to Rs. 5,499.

Yu also launched its YuPix compact photo printer earlier this month for Rs. 6,999. The YuPix lets users to print images directly from their smartphones. It produces digital pictures with size up to 2.1×3.4 inches and resolution of 291dpi. This printer can print up to 10 continuous copies. It packs a 750mAh battery; has weight of 2.99×6.01×0.94 inches and weighs 273 grams.
