Yu Televentures is reportedly working on a new mid-ranged smartphone. Called the YU YU5200, the device has surfaced on Indian import and export website Zauba. As per Zauba listing, the device has been imported to India for Rs. 9,036. The phone was also spotted on GFXBench revealing its specifications.
According to GFXBench, the YU5200 will be powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor clocked at 1.6GHz paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it is said to feature a 5.2-inch Full HD display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution.

On imaging front, the YU5200 is expected to sport a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. It will house 16GB of internal memory with expandable support via microSD card. Connectivity options which the dual SIM phone is said to offer include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. There is no word on battery capacity of the phone.

There is no word on when the company plans to launch the YU YU5200 and at what price. The Zauba listing, however reveals that the device has been imported to India for Rs. 9,036. It is therefore, expected to be priced around Rs. 10,000 in India.
