The official YouTube app for Amazon Fire TV is now available in India on Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Stick 4K. Both support the Alexa Voice Remote. On the other hand, the Prime Video app is now available for streaming to Chromecast, Chromecast built-in devices, and Android TV devices.

YouTube App on Fire TV
The official YouTube app on Fire TV comes with expanded Alexa voice controls. Users will now be able to find, launch, and control content (pause, play, rewind, fast-forward) the apo with their voice.
The new YouTube app tile can be found in your ‘Your Apps and Channels’ row. Users are automictically prompted to download and install the new app. To access YouTube, you can simply say “Alexa, open YouTube”.
Once you sign in to your existing YouTube account, the full library of content (including subscriptions, playlists, and recommendations) becomes accessible. You can even play compatible videos in 4K HDR at 60 fps on supported TVs and streaming media players.
Users can also use Alexa commands inside the app as well. You can give commands to search for or play videos, pause, resume, fast-forward and rewind, or even ask to go to the next video. For example, you can say – “Alexa, find movie trailers on YouTube”, “Alexa, resume”, “rewind 30 seconds”, “next video”, etc.

Prime Video App on Chromecast and Android TV Devices
In what seems like an exchange of services, the Prime Video app will also now be available on Chromecast and Chromecast built-in users. The Android TV users will also be able to access the Prime Video catalog.
Prime members will get unlimited access to their favorite Amazon Originals, live events, Prime Video Channels, etc. It also offers access to 4K titles included with Prime at no additional cost.
To use Prime Video on Chromecast, simply download the latest Prime Video app from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
