Talking about the specifications of both smartphones the real difference between both are display size and processor. While the Xolo Q1011 features a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280*720pixels, on the other hand the Xolo Q2000L features a higher display with less resolution, 5.5-inch IPS display with 980*540pixels resolution on board.
Comparing the type of processor in both the device both comes with quad core processors on board but from different manufactures. The XololQ1011 features a 1.3GHz quad core Mediatek CPU with 500MAz Mali 400MP2 GPU while the Xolo Q2000L features a 1.2GHz quad core processor from Braodcom and a Videocore IV GPU on board. Both the smartphones comes with same 1GB RAM.
The similarities in both the smartphones are, both are running on Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system out of the box, which is nice. Both have same 8-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front camera on board. The 8-megapixel camera comes with BSI sensor, LED flash and 1080pixel video recording as well.
Both have 4GB built in internal storage along with up to 32GB memory card support on board. On the connectivity front both smartphones are dual SIM smartphones along with GSM connectivity. Both smartphone features 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as well.

Expert Opinion
Both the smartphones offer really good features and are fully featured smartphones. Plus both the smartphones run on Android 4.4 Kitkat operating system which is really good. As there are not so much smartphones in 10K segment that offers updated features like latest operating system and good RAM, processor and camera. These two smartphones are worth to buy.
