Xolo has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of Xolo Prime in India. As for specifications, the handset is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It features a 4.5-inch IPS display with 218 ppi pixel density and runs Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system. It comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. On imaging front, it packs a 5 mega pixel auto focus rear camera and is backed up by an 1800 mAh battery. Camera features on the handset include Face recognition , panorama, Face beauty, Geo tagging and HDR. Flaunting its glass finish back, the handset will be available in Black, Blue, Red and Gold color options.

Xolo also launched its LT2000 smartphone earlier this year for Rs. 9,999. The handset comes with 4G support while other specifications of the phone include 64-bit 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 processor, Android 4.4 KitKat (upgradable to Android 5.0 Lollipop) operating system, 5.5-inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution, 267 ppi pixel density and Dragontrail glass protection. It also comes with 1 GB of RAM, 8 GB inbuilt storage (expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card), 8 mega pixel auto focus rear camera with LED Flash, 2 mega pixel front facing camera and a 2920 mAh battery. Connectivity options include 4G LTE TDD, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, OTG, A-GPS and Micro-USB.

Priced at Rs. 5,699, the Xolo Prime will be available to buy from retail stores across the country.
