Xolo has launched its latest smartphone, called the Xolo Era X, in the Indian market. Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.5GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC9830A processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, which is upgradable to Android 6.0 Marshmallow. On the front, there is a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and Corning Gorilla Glass protection against scratches.
On camera front, it sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera with flash for capturing selfies. It stands at 8GB of internal memory, which is further expandable up to 32GB via microSD card.
The device supports 4G LTE with VoLTE with download speeds of up to 150 Mbps and upload speeds of up to 50 Mbps. Besides 4G support, it offers Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS as connectivity options. It comes with support for several regional languages- Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil and Telugu .
