Xolo has launched a new smartphone in the Indian market, called the Xolo Cube 5.0 smartphone. The handset is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor paired with Mali-400 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and ASAHI Dragontrail glass protection.
There is 8GB of inbuilt storage on board which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The Cube 5.0 sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. Camera features on the handset include Panorama, Face recognition, Geo tagging, HDR, ZSD, Burst shot and Voice capture.
Backed up by a 2100mAh battery, it is claimed to deliver up to 466 hours of standby time and up to 11 hours of talk time on 3G networks. The smartphone measures 143x71x6.9 mm in dimensions and offers 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options.

Xolo also launched its Prime smartphone for Rs. 5,699 last month. Specifications of the handset include 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM, Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, 4.5-inch IPS (218 ppi pixel density) display, 8GB of inbuilt memory (expandable up to 32GB via microSD card), 5 mega pixel auto focus primary camera, 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera and 1800 mAh battery.
Price and Availability
The Xolo Cube 5.0 is now available to buy for Rs. 7,849 instead of its initial price of Rs. 7,999. It comes in Black, White and Gold color options.
