Xolo Black 3GB RAM Variant Launched At Rs. 11,999: Specifications & Features

Xolo has launched a refreshed variant of its Xolo Black smartphone with 3GB of RAM. To recall, Xolo Black with 2GB of RAM was launched in India in July 2015 as the first smartphone under company’s online only brand Black. Besides difference in RAM, all other specifications of both variants are identical.

On design front, the Xolo Black 3GB variant features Gorilla Glass 3 protection on front as well as on back. The device comes with stain and smudge free design. It flaunts oleophobic coating on Gorilla Glass 3 to keep the phone free from stains and smudges.

As for specifications, it is powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system wrapped under Hive Atlas UI, it features a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS OGS display with 1920×1080 pixels resolution, 401ppi pixel density and Corning Gorilla Glass 3.

The phone comes with dual camera set up on the rear with a 13 mega pixel camera and a 2 mega pixel camera which is also the highlight of this phone. It features fast focus that focuses on object in just 0.15 seconds; ChromaFlash for natural colors in low light; OptiZoon for enhanced digital zoom using image processing; and UbiFocus that allows users to refocus on objects even after the image has been captured. On the front, there is a 5 mega pixel camera for taking selfies.

For storage, it houses 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB via microSD card. Backed up by a 3200mAh battery, it measures 155.5×76.6×7.3mm in dimensions.
