Xiaomi has launched its first offline-only smartphone- Xiaomi Redmi 3s+, in India. It packs same specifications as the Redmi 3s Prime except difference in RAM. While the Prime variant packs 3GB of RAM, the Redmi 3s+ houses 2GB of RAM.
Under the hood, the Redmi 3s+ packs a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired with Adreno 505 GPU. It features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. On the camera front, the phone sports a 13 mega pixel primary camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. The device houses 32GB of internal memory and supports expandable storage via microSD card.
Fueled by a 4100mAh battery, the handset measures 139.3×69.6×8.5 mm and weighs 144 grams. Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It is a hybrid dual SIM phone which means that users can either put two SIM cards or one SIM card and one microSD card simultaneously on this phone. The smartphone also features a fingerprint sensor on the rear for additional security.
