The 6GB RAM/ 64GB internal storage variant was launched in India at Rs 20,999 (later reduced to Rs 19,999). Now, the company has announced a new price cut for a limited period. Until 9th June, you can get the Poco F1 base model at Rs 17,999 (via Flipkart and Mi.com).
The 6GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant is now available at Rs 20,999 (originally priced at Rs 23,999). While the 8GB RAM/ 256GB variant costs Rs 27,999, the Armoured Edition model (with 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage) costs Rs 28,999.

The new Xiaomi Poco F1 is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor along with Adrena 630 GPU. It also features a new liquid cooling system that complements the latest Qualcomm processor. The liquid system will help to sustain peak performance. The internal storage can be expanded via a micro SD card (expandable up to 256GB).
In terms of optics, the Xiaomi Poco F1 features a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 sensor with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. Features include Dual Pixel technology, HDR, and real-time AI photography. The 20-megapixel front camera also comes with HDR.
The new smartphones sport a 6.18-inch display with full-HD+ resolution and 500nits brightness It is backed by a 4,000mAh battery with QuickCharge 3.0 support for fast-charging.

The Xiaomi Poco F1 will run Android 8.1 Oreo out-of-the-box with MIUI 9 on top. A dedicated Poco Launcher is centered around app drawer and customizations. Recently, Android Pie was rolled out for for the Poco F1 handsets via the MIUI 10 Global Stable ROM. Now, the company has started rolling out new MIUI 10.2.2.0 Global Stable update. The update carries build V10.2.2.0.PEJMIXM and is 311MB in size.
The highlight of the latest update is the ability to shoot 960fps videos. The smartphone already allowed users to record slow-motion videos at 120fps and 240fps. There is also an enhanced low-light mode that helps to improve night shots. The 60fps support for 4K video recording is expected to arrive next month.
In terms of design, the Poco F1 features a heat-coated polycarbonate body. Additionally, a Poco F1 Armoured Edition comes with a Kevlar back panel. The display notch can be removed in Settings. It comes in Steel Blue, Graphite Black, and Rosso Red color options. Additional features include Face Unlock.
