Xiaomi has launched its much anticipated smartphones Xiaomi Mi Note & Mi Note Pro at an event in Beijing. The Xiaomi Mi Note is dubbed as the flagship device while Xiaomi Mi Note Pro is the upgraded version of the flagship Mi Note. Mi Note Pro comes with some similar specifications as that of Mi Note Pro. Xiaomi Mi Note

The dual-SIM smartphone is powered by 2.5 GHz Quad-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 processor coupled with 3 GB of RAM and Adreno 330 GPU. It features a 5.7 inch JDI full-HD display with 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, 386 ppi pixel density with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. This anti-glare display also comes with dynamic contrast pixel adjustment technology. The Mi Note sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture, OIS, Sony CMOS sensor, Philips two-tone flash and six-element lens while it also sports a 4 mega pixel secondary camera with large 2-micron pixels. On storage front, it comes in 16 GB and 64 GB variants.

It features metal frames and is protected by 2.5D curved Gorilla Glass 3 on the front and 3D curved glass on the back, it weighs 161 grams and measures 6.95 mm in thickness which is 0.15 mm thinner and 11 grams lighter than iPhone 6 Plus. This phablet is also equipped with Hi-Fi audio system with 24-bit/192KHz lossless playback support. It packs a 3000 mAh battery featuring Quick Charge 2.0.

Xiaomi Mi Note Pro

The Mi Note Pro comes with some similar specifications as that of Xiaomi Mi Note. This single-SIM device is powered by 64-bit Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 processor (quad-core ARM Cortex A57 and quad-core Cortex A53) coupled with 4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM and Adreno 430 GPU. It runs on Android 4.4.4 KitKat operating system with MIUI 6 on the top.

It features a 5.7 inch qHD display with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution and 515 ppi pixel density. On imaging front, it sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with OIS, Sony CMOS sensor, Philips two-tone falsh and six-element lens just like the Mi Note while the front facing camera is a 4 mega pixel secondary camera with large 2-micron pixels. The Mi Note Pro further sports 64 GB of in-built storage and is fueled by a 3000 mAh battery with Quick Charge 2.0 technology.

The 16 GB variant of Xiaomi Mi Note is priced at CNY 2,299 (Rs. 23,000 approximately) while the 64 GB variant will be available at CNY 2,799 (Rs. 28,000 approximately).
The Xiaomi Mi Note Pro will be available at CNY 3,299 (Rs. 33,000 approximately).
