The Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes with a starting price of CNY 6,499 (approx Rs 74,800) for the 12GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant. The 16GB RAM/ 512GB storage and 16GB RAM/ 1TB storage models of CNY 6,999 (approx Rs 80,600) and CNY 7,799 (approx Rs 89,800), respectively.
Xiaomi is also offering a Titanium Special Edition at CNY 8,799 (approx Rs 1,01,300). It comes with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage. The new smartphone comes in Black, Blue, and White colour options.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB UFS 4.0 onboard storage.
In terms of optics, the new handset sports a quad camera setup with a 1-inch 50MP Sony LYT900 primary sensor (OIS), a 50MP Sony IMX858 sensor (3.2x optical zoom, 75mm), a 50MP Sony IMX858 sensor (5x optical zoom, 120mm focal length, and a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens.
For selfies and video calling, the Xiaomi 14 Ultra features a 32-megapixel front camera. It is backed by a 5,300mAh battery that supports 90W charging, 80W wireless charging, and 10W reverse wireless charging.

The Xiaomi 14 Ultra runs Android 14 operating system with HyperOS on top. Connectivity options include 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, and USB Type-C.
The new handset sports a 6.73-inch LTPO AMOLED micro-curved display with a resolution of 3,200 x 1,440 pixels, up to 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of 3,000 nita. It is protected by Shield Glass.
The Xiaomi 14 Ultra comes with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and an IP68 rating (for dust and splash resistance). Additionally, the Titanium Special Edition variant comes with two-way satellite communication support.
