WhatsApp has been testing the new feature in the past month. Now, it has started the wide rollout of their per-chat custom wallpapers. There is no limits on how many chats you can use this feature.

The Facebook-owned platform is also offering the ability to set separate wallpapers for when the smartphone is set to light or dark mode.

The new update also brings more color options for the WhatsApp Doodle Wallpaper along with additional nature and architecture stock wallpapers.

Additionally, WhatsApp has made it easier to search and find stickers with text or emoji (if a creator has tagged their sticker with an emoji). You can also browse for stickers more easily through common categories.
