The entry-level smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Helio A22 processor and 2GB RAM. The 16GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot (up to 256GB). It is backed by a 4,030mAh battery.
In terms of optics, the Vivo Y90 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. Camera features include Face Beauty, Professional, Palm Capture, Voice Control, Flash, Video, Time-Lapse, Slow, Time Watermark, and Model Watermark.
The 5-megapixel front camera comes with f/1.8 aperture. Camera features include Face Beauty, Palm Capture, Voice Control, Selfie Lighting, Video, and Time Watermark. It also supports Face Unlock feature.

The Vivo Y90 runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system with Funtouch OS 4.5 on top. Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 2.4GHz, Bluetooth 5, Micro-USB 2.0 port, GPS, USB OTG, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The new smartphone sports a 6.22-inch multi-touch display with HD+ (720 x 1520 pixels) resolution and a waterdrop-shaped notch. Sensors on the device include an accelerometer, ambient light sensor, digital compass, gyroscope sensor, and proximity sensor.
In terms of dimensions, the Vivo smartphone measures 155.11 x 75.09 x 8.28mm and weighs 163.5 grams. It comes in two color options – Black and Gold.

Vivo is expected to launch the S 1 smartphone in India on August 7. It is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P65 processor along with 4GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The Vivo S1 global variant is backed by a 4,500mAh battery. It features a 6.38-inch Super AMOLED display with Full-HD+ (1080 x 2340 pixels) resolution and a waterdrop-style notch. Additionally, it features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
In terms of optics, the new handset sports a triple camera setup on the back. It comes with a 16-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.78 aperture), 8-megapixel wide-angle lens (f/2.2 aperture), and a 2-megapixel tertiary sensor (f/2.4 aperture). For selfies and video calling, the handset sports a 32-megapixel front camera (f/2.0 aperture).
