Vivo has launched its latest smartphone, called the the Vivo Y66, in China. Under the hood, the phone packs a 1.4GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor paired with Adreno 505 GPU. Running Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with FunTouch OS 3.0, it features a 5.5-inch HD 2.5D curved display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.
The Y66 houses 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal memory and comes with expandable storage support up to 128GB via microSD card. On the imaging front, the smartphone sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front camera. Fueled by a 3000mAh battery, the device supports Quick Charge 2.0 technology. Connectivity options which the dual SIM phone offers include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS. It measures 153.56×75.79×7.49 mm, weighs 157 grams and comes in Rose Gold and Silver color options.

Price & Availability
The Vivo Y66 will be available to buy for CNY 1498 (approximately Rs 14,650) in China. There is no word on availability of the smartphone in other markets.
Vivo also launched its selfie focused smartphone, the V5 last month in November 2016 for Rs. 17,890. The main highlight of the Vivo V5 is its 20 mega pixel front facing camera with Moonlight Glow LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, Sony IMX 376 image sensor, 5P lens and Face Beauty 6.0. There is also a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash. Other specifications include 5.5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels resolution, 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass) display, 4GB of RAM and 3000mAh battery.
