The Vivo Y51 (2020) is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor and 4GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD card (up to 256GB).
On the back, the smartphone features a quad camera setup. It uses a 48MP primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture), an 8MP ultra-wide lens, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP portrait camera.
