The Vivo Y36 is priced in India at Rs 16,999. It is now available for purchase via Flipkart, Vivo India’s E-store, and retail stores.
As part of launch offers, Flipkart is offering a flat Rs 1,500 cashback for purchases made via HDFC bank debit cards and EMI transactions. You can also get an extra Rs 500 off on purchases with SBI cards and EMI transactions.

The Vivo Y36 is powered by a 6nm octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor along with 8GB RAM and 8GB extended RAM. The 128GB storage can be further expanded (up to 1TB) via a dedicated micro SD card slot.
In terms of optics, the new smartphone sports a dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.8 aperture) lens and a 2MP bokeh lens. Camera features include Super Night mode, Multi Style Portrait, and Bokeh Flare Portrait.
For selfies and video calling, the Vivo Y36 features a 16MP front camera (f/2.0). It is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that comes with 44W fast charging support. You can get up to 30 per cent charge in just 15 minutes.

The Vivo Y36 runs Android 13 operating system with Funtouch OS 13 on top. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5, GPS/A-GPS, and USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM (Nano) smartphone features a 6.64-inch LCD display with a full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,388 pixels) resolution, a 90Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling rate, and a centrally placed notch.
In terms of dimensions, the Vivo Y36 measures 164.06 x 76.17 x 8.17mm and weighs 202 grams. It comes in Meteor Black and Vibrant Gold colour options.
Sensors onboard include a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a proximity sensor, an e-compass, and a gyroscope.
