The Vivo Y02 is priced in India at Rs 8,999. It will be available through the Vivo E-Store as well as offline retail stores. Customers can choose from Orchid Blue and Cosmic Grey color options.

The new smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek processor and 3GB RAM. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded (up to 1TB) through a dedicated micro SD card slot.
In terms of optics, the Vivo Y02 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. Camera features include face beauty and time-lapse photography.
The Vivo Y02 is backed by a 5,000mAh battery that is touted to offer up to 18 hours of video streaming support.. It supports 10W wired charging and 5W reverse charging.

The Vivo Y02 runs the Android 12 Go Edition operating system with Funtouch OS 12 on top. It comes with a Face Wake feature and an Eye Protection Mode.
The new handset sports a 6.51-inch FullView display with HD+ (720 x 1,600 pixels) resolution and a waterdrop-shape notch. It measures 163.99 x 75.63 x 8.49mm and weighs around 186 grams.
