The Vivo V9 Youth was launched in India at Rs 18,990. In June this year, it received a price cut (down to Rs 17,990). Now, the smartphone has reportedly received its second price cut. The 4GB RAM/ 32GB internal storage variant is now priced in India at Rs 16,990.
The new price was reported by Mumbai-based retailer Mahesh Telecom. However, online channels (Paytm Mall, Flipkart, and Amazon) still list the handset at Rs 17,990. It comes in Black and Gold color option.

The Vivo V9 Youth sports a 6.3-inch FullView display with full-HD+ (1080 x 2280 pixels) resolution and a 19:9 aspect ratio. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 processor along with 4GB RAM and 32GB internal storage.
In terms of optics, the Vivo Y9 Youth sports a dual camera setup on the back. It combines a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor. The handset also features a 16-megapixel front camera sensor for selfies and video calling. It comes with AI features like face beautification based on machine learning.
The Vivo V9 Youth runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out-of-the-box with Funtouch OS 4.0 on top. It is backed by a 3260mAh battery.
