Videocon has launched its latest smartphone, called the Videocon Krypton V50FG. The phone was spotted listed on company’s official website, last month. Now it is available to buy from online retailer Snapdeal for Rs. 8,199.
As for specifications, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek (MT6735V) processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution. The display of the phone comes with Dragontrail Glass and 2.5D Curved Glass.
On imaging front, the Krypton V50FG sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. The device houses 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.
Backed up by a 2200mAh battery, it is said to deliver up to 6 hours of talk time and up to 96 hours of standby time. The dual SIM phone offers 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and GPS as connectivity options. It will come pre-loaded with several apps such as Gameloft Games, V-Safe, V-Secure and Opera mini. The device will also come with 6 months free subscription of EROS Now.
