The new smartphone is powered by a 6nm MediaTek Helio G99 processor along with 8GB RAM (virtually expandable up to 16GB) and 256GB internal storage.
The new handset is backed by a large 6,000mAh battery that supports 45W charging and 10W reverse charging. It can get up to 50 per cent charge in 21 minutes and up to 100 per cent in 60 minutes.
Additionally, the company has added Battery Lab 3.0 software and STS Secure Battery Technology. For thermal management, it comes with a 10,749mm square heat dissipation area and a non-conductive vacuum metallisation (NCVM) coating.

The Tecno Pova 5 runs Android-based HiOS 13. It sports a 6.78-inch IPS LCD display with a full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,4460 pixels) resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The dual stereo speakers are enhanced by DTS Audio technology.
On the back, the new smartphone features an AI-backed dual rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor and a depth sensor. For selfies and video calling, it sports an 8-megapixel front camera.
The Tecno Pova 5 features a robot mecha-inspired design. It will be available in Amber Gold, Hurricane Blue, and Mecha Black colour options.

Price and Availability
As of now, the price tag of the Tecno Pova 5 is still under wraps. The Tecno Pova 4 was launched with a price tag of Rs 11,999 for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant.
