The Tecno Camon 16 Premier is priced in Kenya at KES28,499 (approx Rs 19,300). As part of the introductory offer, the company is offering free H2 HiPods TWS.
The new smartphone comes in a Glacial Silver color option. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The Tecno Camon 16 Premier is powered by a MediaTek Helio G90T processor and 8GB RAM. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a micro SD slot (up to 512GB).
The new smartphone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that comes with 33W fast charging support.

In terms of optics, the Tecno Camon 16 Premier sports a quad rear camera setup with Quad-LED flash. It uses a that includes a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide camera, a 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP low-light sensor.
For selfies and video calling, the handset sports a dual front camera setup with an adjustable dual front flash. It combines a 48MP primary sensor with an 8MP secondary sensor.

The Tecno Camon 16 Premier runs the Android 10 operating system. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth v5, GPS, and 3.5mm audio jack.
The smartphone features a 6.9-inch display with a Full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,460 pixels) resolution and a pill-shaped hole-punch cutout on the top left corner.
Additionally, the company has added a fingerprint scanner on the side for security.

Alongside the Tecno Camon 16 Premier, the new Camon 6 lineup includes the Tecno Camon 16 and Tecno Camon 16 Pro.
