TCL 55-inch 4K Ultra HD LED Smart TV Launched In India

TCL has launched its TCL 55-inch 4K Ultra HD LED Smart TV in the Indian market. It features a 55-inch screen with 3840×2160 pixels resolution and TCL Creative Pro 4K UHD Upscaling Engine that promises immersive viewing experience. On design front, it flaunts its beautiful aesthetics with an alloy metal back cover and ultra thin bezels. The TV has thickness of 69.6 mm with a 178 degree viewing angle, 4000:1 contrast ratio and 16:9 aspect ratios.

It comes with App store powered by the Android OS which provides a host of applications from video-on-demand, to social, gaming and music. There is a TCL nScreen application onboard that allows users to use their smartphone or tablet as a remote control. It features Dolby Digital Plus and DDAS audio that delivers amazing surround sound while also optimizing sound quality. The Dolby 5.1 surround sound ensures high quality audio output with the Dolby digital technology and smart volume that eliminates unwanted spikes in audio.

Some other interesting features include Motion Estimation and Motion Compensation or MEMC and sports mode. Connectivity options include Dual-band WiFi, Bluetooth, 2xUSB ports and 3x HDMI ports and Ethernet port. It also comes equipped with PVR Record and Playback features which record the program to the USB.
