Xiaomi has launched its Xiaomi Mi Band 2 fitness tracker in the Indian market. It succeeds the Mi Band which was launched in India in 2015 and comes with several upgrades over the predecessor.
While the original Mi Band lacked display and heart rate sensor, the Mi Band 2 is equipped with both. It features a 0.42-inch OLED display which comes with scratch-resistant glass and anti-fingerprint coating. The wearable comes with PPG (photoplethysmography) sensor or the heart rate monitor. The display shows shows time, step taken and heart rate count.
