CES 2014:- Asus launches 8 inch Windows tablet with Wacom Stylus

Recently, we told you about Lenovo ThinkPad 8 tablet that was announced at CES earlier. Now this time Asus comes up with a 8 inch tablet too. But the Asus Vivo Tab 8 does not stand solid in front of Lenovo ThinkPad 8. But the different thing is Asus Vivo Tab 8 comes with a stylus from Wacom. The Wacom Digitizer Stylus offers over 1000 level of pressure sensitivity. According to the company it provides natural writing and drawing experience at high speed, accuracy. It comes with Microsoft Office Home which include Microsoft Word, Excel power point and OneNote. This tablet comes with SonicMaster audio technology which provide better sound quality according to Asus. Asus wants to target professional users by launching this tablet with stylus and useful applications. The company has not mentioned pricing and availability of this tablet.

Oplus XonPad Video Review, Price & Features- 7 Inch Tab With 3G & Calling

Oplus has launched its first product offering in India, a tablet offering called the Oplus XonPad7 which is a 7 inch 3G calling tablet at a competitive price of Rs. 9990. Looking at the features and specifications of the tablet at a glance, it looks fairly loaded with 3G data capability, calling feature, 1.2 GHz quad core CPU, 1 GB RAM, a 7 inch HD Display with a resolution of 1280×800. It weighs around 310 grams and is fairly slim too at under 10mm.
It also offers dual camera, with a 2 MP front facing and a 5 MP rear facing camera on offer. In terms of storage, it offers 16 GB internal memory and a microSD card slot for memory expansion which can accept additional card of 32 GB for expansion of memory capacity.

CES 2014:- Lenovo ThinkPad 8 best Windows tablet will launch in January

Last year Lenovo announced Lenovo Mixx 2, a 8 inch windows tablet with good specifications. Now this year Lenovo geared up to have best windows tablet of 8 inch display. The new Lenovo ThinkPad 8 has higher resolution than any other 8 inch Windows tablet available in the market. Although it doesn’t come close to the retina display of iPad mini. But still it gives pretty good viewing angles. In Mixx 2 Lenovo used 1.8GHz quad-core Intel Atom processor, but this time Lenovo launched ThinkPad 8 with 2.4GHz quad-core Intel Atom processor. So as performance wise, ThinkPad can compete with other tablets available in the market. Lenovo has also increased the screen size of ThinkPad a little bit as compared to Mixx 2.

India’s Ambitious Aakash 4 Tablet Production to Start in January

Aakash tablet, the world’s cheapest Android running mobile device which has been especially designed for students but has never been able to reach their hands has some new news trending.
Kapil Sibal, Indian Telecom Minister today at a press conference said that the next iteration of the tablet will start sales in January 2014 and the prices are also expected to come down by Rs. 1,000 to Rs. 1,500 in an year.
