Lava Iris 300 Style and Lava 3G 412 two Android budget smartphones with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system and dual core processor listed on company’s official website along with no description about price and availability. Both smartphones are dual SIM smartphones. While Lava 3G 412 comes with 3G support, on the other hand Lava Iris 300 Style does not support 3G connectivity, but it does come with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.

Xolo Q1200 and Q600s quad core smartphones with 1GB RAM Android Kitkat launched at INR 14,999 and INR7,499 respectively

Earlier we reported about the Xolo A500 Lite , an entry-level device launched by Xolo this week. Now Fonearena reported that two Q series smartphone from Xolo listed on popular online retailor Snapdeal. The Xolo Q1200 and Xolo Q600 both smartphones with quad core processors, 1GB RAM, Dual SIM, 2000mAh battery and latest operating system Android 4.4 Kitkat listed on Snapdeal. The official announcement is also expected in few weeks. While the Xolo Q600 already comes with Android Kitkat, the Xolo Q1200 will be shipped with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system out of the box, but the company promised the Kitkat update with the device. The Xolo Q600 priced INR 7,499 while the Xolo Q1200 priced INR 14,999. These new launching is aimed to take on Moto E and Moto G devices. While Micromax already launched devices like Micromax Unite 2 and others, others players like Xolo and Lava also trying to compete as well.

So after the Motorola and Micromax, Lava also joined the competition of offering a rich feature entry level device in Indian market. Recently, the big hit in Indian market was Motorola’s Moto E with some good features at really affordable price of INR 6,999. At that time everyone thought that this device is going to kill all the competition of entry level device in Indian market. But surprisingly, Micromax came up with a new device with Micromax Unite 2 with the same price tag of Moto E and again with rich features. And recently Micromax even came up with another device – Micromax Canvas Engage with some rich features like latest operating system Android KitKat, 5MP camera and quad core processor with fewer prices than Moto E and Unite 2. And now the Lava also joined the league of Micromax and Motorola and made the competitions tougher and interesting than ever.

Huawei Honor 3X Pro and Honor 3C 4G goes on sale in China

Huawei launched two new mid-range devices in China, Huawei Honor 3X Pro and Huawei Honor 3C 4G announced in China and both Android devices will go on pre-order from Saturday and will be available in the market from 5 June. There are no details about the availability in International market. The Huawei Honor 3C was recently launched in India along with Huawei Ascend G750 and Ascend G6. The Huawei Honor 3C 4G is the LTE version of Honor 3C, launched in India. The Honor 3X pro comes with Android 4.2 Jelly Bean while the Honor 3C 4G comes with latest android 4.4 kitkat operating system.

Yesterday, Panasonic reported that it is launching its new flagship smartphone Panasonic P81 today, After teasing its flagship smartphone for days, Panasonic finally made available the device in Indian market. The device will be available from the third week of May with an MRP of INR 19,990 along with best buy price 18,990 in the market. The P81 comes with a 5.5-inch display along with Octa core processor from MediaTek.

Huawei announced a trio of Android smartphone. Huawei Honor 3C, most affordable in all three smartphone is priced at INR 14,999. The Honor 3C was announced last year in December along with Huawei Ascend G750. While Huawei Ascend G6 was announced at MWC of this year. With these devices Huawei expanded its portfolio in mid-range segment. The smartphones will be available in coming weeks in the market. All three smartphones running different versions of Android along with Huawei’s own User Interference Emotion 2.0 on top of these smartphones. Honor 3C and Ascend G750 runs on slightly older version of Android 4.2 Jelly Bean, but the Ascend G6 runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean.
