OnePlus One Now Available To Purchase From Flipkart

OnePlus which was exclusively available to buy from Amazon India, can now be grabbed from Flipkart.com as well. The company has ended the exclusivity of its One smartphone making it available through one more retailer- Flipkart. Celebrating the launch of the handset on Flipkart, and as a part of Flipkart’s ‘Big App Shopping Days’, the OnePlus One 64GB Sandstone black variant will be available for grabs for Rs 19,998 from June 22 -24.

Starting June 25, the 64GB Sandstone Black will be available for Rs 21,999. The 16GB Silk White variant on the other hand, will be available for Rs 18,999 on Flipkart in the coming weeks.

Samsung has launched Galaxy J7 smartphone in China alongside Galaxy J5 smartphone. Both selfie focused dual-SIM smartphones will go on sale in China this week in Black, White and Gold color options. Both J5 and J7 get a 5 MP front facing camera with LED Flash, which is a first from Samsung. The Galaxy J7 is priced at CNY 1798 (approximately Rs. 18,500). There is no word on availability of the handsets in global markets.

As for specifications, the Galaxy J7 comes with an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, 1.5GB of RAM, 5.5-inch HD IPS display, 13 mega pixel rear camera, 5 mega pixel front facing camera, 16GB of inbuilt memory, Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and 3000mAh battery.

Samsung has launched two new smartphone in its J series- Samsung Galaxy J5 and Galaxy J7 in China. The Samsung Galaxy J5 is priced at CNY 1398 (approximately Rs. 14,000). It will go on sale in China this week in Black, White and Gold color options. There is no word on availability and pricing of the handset outside China. Both phones well equipped to take selfies with a 5 MP front facing camera with LED flash.

In line with the previous leaks, the Galaxy J5 comes with a 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor, 5-inch HD IPS display, 1.5GB of RAM, 16GB inbuilt memory, 13 mega pixel primary camera, 5 mega pixel front camera and 2600mAh battery.

Expanding its Millennia series, Celkon has launched a new smartphone called the Celkon Millennia Q5K Power. Highlight of this phone is its mammoth 5000mAh battery.

Under the hood, this dual-SIM phone is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 512MB of RAM. Running Android 4.4.2 KitKt operating system, it features a 5-inch FWVGA IPS display. On storage front, it comes with 4GB of inbuilt memory which is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card. The Celkon Millennia Q5K Power sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with flash and a 3.2 front facing camera for video calling and taking selfies. As connectivity options, it offers 3G, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth.

Micromax has launched a news smartphone in Canvas series, called the Micromax Sliver 5. Boasting mere 5.1mm thickness and 97 grams of weight, the company is touting it as slimmest and lightest smartphone ever. Besides sleek and light weight design, the handset comes with 4G LTE support and is the second 4G enabled phone launched by the company after Canvas Knight 2.

As for specifications, it is powered by a 64-bit 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Running Android Lollipop operating system, it features a 4.8-inch HD AMOLED display with Gorilla glass 3 protection.

Micromax is hosting a launch event today in New Delhi where it is likely to launch its next flagship smartphone Micromax Canvas 5. The handset will succeed the Micromax Canvas 4 which was launched nearly two years back. The company has been teasing the launch of the device lately through invites and its social media accounts. Now, Micromax has shared live streaming page link for its fans.

The invite sent by the company reads “Mystery prisoner found locked in. Can he escape his destiny?” alongside #JailBreak and Micromax logo. Though the company has not revealed the device it will be launching today, we expect it to be the Canvas 5 smartphone.
