Intex has launched its latest entry level Android smartphone, called the Intex Aqua G2. Under the hood, it is powered by a 32-bit single-core RDA 8810PL processor paired with Vivante GC860 GPU and 256GB of RAM.
Running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system, it features a 2.8-inch QVGA LCD display with 320×240 pixels resolution. The phone houses 512MB of internal memory, which can be expanded up to 32GB using microSD card.
Lenovo has reportedly launched a variant of Vibe P1, called the Lenovo Vibe P1 Turbo, in the Indian market. According to an established Mumbai based retailer, Mahesh Telecom, the phone is available to buy in the country through offline stores.
As far as specifications are concerned, besides RAM, all other specifications of the Turbo variant are similar to that of Vibe P1. Under the hood, the Vibe P1 Turbo packs a 1.5GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor paired with Adreno 405 GPU and 3GB of RAM. At an event in China, LeEco has taken the wraps off its three latest smartphones- LeEco Le 2, Le 2 Pro and Le Max 2. All three smartphones are world’s first to feature USB Type-C Audio port instead of 3.5mm audio jack.

Google has finally launched its streaming devices- second-gen Google Chromecast and Chromecast Audio dongles, in the Indian market. To recall, the devices were announced last year in September 2015.
The new dongles feature a completely new design and some hardware improvements. The Chromecast 2 comes with a new circular design and will be available in three color options- yellow, black and red. It allows users to cast content from smartphone apps, PCs, Macs, Chromebook and laptops from Chrome browser to televisions at 1080p resolution.
Huawei has silently launched its two new smartphones- Huawei Y3 II and Huawei Y5 II. Both phones are listed on company’s official website without any details on pricing and availability. Both Y3 II and Y5 II are listed in two variants- 3G and 4G, with different processors.
The 3G variant of Huawei Y3 II is powered by 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor while the 4G version of the device comes with 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M processor. The 3G model of Huawei Y5 II, on the other hand, is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 chipset and 4G variant features a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735P chipset.
Videocon has launched its two new smartphones- Videocon Krypton V50DA and Krypton V50DC. Both smartphones share identical specifications except camera combination.
