Samsung has launched its Samsung Galaxy J7 (2016) and Galaxy J5 (2016) smartphones in South Korea. Under the hood, the Galaxy J7 (2016) packs a 1.6GHz octa-core processor clubbed with 2GB of RAM. The handset runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system and features a 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels.

The phone comes with 16GB of internal memory which can be expanded up to 128GB via microSD card. On camera front, it sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera. It measures 151.7×76.0x7.8 mm, weighs 169 grams and is backed up by a 3300mAh battery.

Amkette has launched its Android-based media streaming device, called the Amkette EvoTV2, in the Indian market. The device lets users stream content like TV shows, movies, videos and photos from their smartphone or tablet onto TV over Wi-Fi.

It provides its users with access to around 200 apps with a number of movies, songs and games. The interface of the device is easy to use interface and it also comes with EVO TV App Store that has curated content.

Reach Mobiles has launched its latest smartphone, called the Reach Allure Plus, in the Indian market. As far as specifications are concerned, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The device runs Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system.

Panasonic has expanded its Eluga series of smartphones with the launch of Panasonic Eluga I3, in India. The phone succeeds the Eluga I2 which was launched last year, in August 2015. The Eluga I3 comes with several upgrades over the predecessors such as improved processor, larger display, double RAM and more.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system wrapped under FitHome UI. On the front, it features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.

After much talked about controversy of Ringing Bells Freedom 251 smartphone, a new company, named Docoss, has come up with its Docoss X1 smartphone. The X1 packs decent specs and carries an ultra-affordable price tag of Rs. 888.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.2GHz dual-core Cortex A7 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. Running Android 4.4.2 KiKat operating system, it features a 4-inch IPS display. Targeting the photography buffs, Sony has launched its Sony RX10 III camera, in the Indian market. The highlight of the camera is that it comes with 25x super-telephoto zoom lens with a focal range of 24-600mm. It is powered by a ZEISS Vario-Sonnar lens with aperture of f/2.4 and f/4.0.
