Panasonic has launched its latest budget smartphone, called the Panasonic T44 Lite. Under the hood, the phone is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor paired with 512MB of RAM. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system with Panasonic SAIL UI and features a 4-inch WVGA display with 800×480 pixels resolution. The device houses 8GB of internal memory which can be expanded further up to 32GB using microSD card.
Alongside Honor 5, Huawei’s Honor brand has launched the Honor Note 8 smartphone in China. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-core Kirin 955 processor paired with 4GB of RAM. The phone features a 6.6-inch Quad HD 2.5D curved glass display with 2560×1440 pixels resolution.

Lenovo has finally launched its Vibe K5 Note smartphone in India. The K5 Note succeeds the Vibe K4 Note and comes with a lot of improvements over the predecessor. The new variant houses 3GB of RAM compared to 2GB RAM of the previous variant. It also has a more cleaner UI, closer to stock Android experience and comes with customizable launcher.
