Micromax has launched its Micromax Canvas Smart LED television series in the Indian market. This series is aimed at providing integrated smart home entertainment experience to urban consumers. This range consists of three TV’s with screen sizes of 32-inch, 40-inch and 5-inch. The display resolution of all the three televisions is full HD (1920×1080 pixels).
Coolpad has expanded its smartphone portfolio with the launch of its latest smartphone, called the Coolpad Mega 2.5D. As far as specifications are concerned, it is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek 6735 processor clubbed with 3GB of RAM. The phone runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system wrapped under Cool UI.
Swipe Technologies has launched its latest budget smartphone, called the Swipe Konnect Plus. As far as specifications are concerned, it is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch HD display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.
Reliance has introduced two new smartphones in its Lyf series. Called the Reliance Lyf Flame 8 and Wind 3, both phones can be grabbed exclusively from online retailer Flipkart. As for specifications, both phones pack an 8 mega pixel primary camera and run Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system. Both dual SIM phones support 4G VoLTE as well.
Domestic handset manufacturer, Zen Mobile has launched a new smartphone, called the Zen Cinemax 3. Under the hood, the handset is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5.5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution.
Lenovo has launched an upgraded version of its Vibe C2 smartphone in Russia. Called the Lenovo Vibe C2 Power, it packs larger 3500mAh battery compared to 2750mAh battery capacity of the original variant. Also, the RAM in the Power variant has been bumped up to 2GB from 1GB. The Vibe C2 Power measures 143×71.4×9.54 mm and weighs 155.6 grams while the original variant has dimensions of 143×71.4×8.55 mm and weighs 139 grams. Rest of the specifications of both variants are identical.
Micromax launched the Canvas Unite 4 and Canvas Unite 4 Pro smartphones in June 2016. Now the company has expanded its Canvas Unite series with the launch of Micromax Canvas Unite 4 Plus smartphone.
Like the other two phones, the Canvas Unite 4 Plus runs Indus OS that comes with a lot of features like support for 12 regional languages, App Bazaar, which is regional language app store, Indus Swipe feature, Indus-to-Indus free messaging services, and more.
