Taiwanese handset maker Verico has entered Indian smartphone market with its budget smartphone- Verico Uni Shape 5V3. Under the hood, this dual-SIM smartphone is powered by 1.3 GHz Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A7 MediaTek MTK6582 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system. It features a 5 inch qHD IPS display with 960 x 540 pixels resolution and entails 4 GB of in-built storage which is expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. On imaging front, it sports a 13 mega pixel rear camera and a 5 mega pixel front facing camera for capturing selfies and making video calls. Connectivity options include Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPS.

Jaina Mobiles owned K-Touch brand has launched its latest budget smartphone K-Touch A20 in India. K-Touch A20 is a dual-SIM smartphone, powered by 1 GHz processor coupled with 256 MB of RAM and runs on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system. It sports a 3.5 inch HVGA capacitive touch screen display. For capturing images, it sports a 3 mega pixel rear camera and VGA front facing camera. For storing images, audios, videos and document files, it entails 2 GB of internal storage which is further expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card. It packs a 1300 mAh battery which according to Snapdeal listings is claimed to deliver up to 8 hours of talk time and 24 hours of standby time.
