Umi Fair With 5-inch Display, Fingerprint Sensor Launched: Price, Specifications & Features

Chinese smartphone maker Umi has launched its latest affordable smartphone called the Umi Fair. Highlight of this device is that it is the most affordable phone with fingerprint sensor. The fingerprint sensor is located on the rear of the phone and features self-learning algorithm which can save up to 5 fingerprints and unlocks the phone in mere 0.32 seconds with 99 percent accuracy. On design front, it flaunts its stainless steel inner frame and polycarbonate back .

As far as specifications of the device are concerned, it is powered by a 64-bit 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 processor paired with Mali-T720 MP2 GPU and 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 5-inch HD IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution.

Notion Ink has launched its latest 2-in-1 tablet- Notion Ink Cain Signature Black Edition in the Indian market. The device is a refreshed version of the Cain 10. It features magnetic cover with integrated keyboard and multitouch trackpad. The tablet comes with ProPen or active stylus which allows users to draw, sketch and scribble. Besides Cain tablet, the stylus is compatible with all other capacitive touch enabled devices as well.

As for specifications, it is powered by a 1.33GHz quad-core Intel Atom Z3735F processor with up to 1.86GHz burst frequency. Running Windows 10 operating system, the tablet features a 10.1-inch IPS display with 1280×720 pixels resolution and scratch resistant glass.

Micromax has introduced two new smartphones in its Canvas series, namely, the Micromax Canvas Fire 4G and Canvas Play 4G. Both smartphones feature 4G LTE connectivity.

Starting with the Canvas Fire 4G, it is powered by a 1GHz quad-core MediaTek MTK6735 processor paired with 1GB of RAM. Running Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system, it features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display. There is a 5 mega pixel auto focus camera on the rear and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera. The handset houses 8GB of internal memory and is backed up by an 1850mAh battery. The device also flaunts its dual front firing speakers.

Micromax has introduced another smartphone in its Canvas series, called the Micromax Canvas Blaze Q400 4G. The handset as the name suggests, is the latest 4G enabled smartphone from the company.

Under the hood, it is powered by a 1.1GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 (MSM8909) processor paired with Adreno 304 GPU. The device runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and features a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 854×480 pixels resolution. The Canvas Blaze Q400 houses 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card.

Intex has reportedly launched its latest smartphone in Aqua series, called the Intex Aqua Life III. According to a Mumbai based retailer Mahesh Telecom, the handset is now available to buy through offline stores across the country for Rs. 5,290.

An image showing the device along with specs has been posted by the retailer on Facebook. As per the image, the Aqua Life III is powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. It features a 5-inch HD IPS display with resolution of 1280×720 pixels and runs Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system.

Meizu has finally taken the wraps off its latest flagship smartphone, called the Meizu Pro 5. Under the hood, it is powered by an octa-Core (quad 2.1GHz + quad 1.5GHz) Samsung Exynos 7420 processor paired with Mali T760 GPU.

Based on RAM and internal memory, it will be available in two variants- one with 3GB of RAM and 32GB internal memory while other variant packs 4GB of RAM and 64GB of inbuilt storage. Gionee has launched its latest affordable smartphone, dubbed the Gionee Pioneer P3S in India. It is powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core processor paired with 1GB of RAM. The handset features a 4.5-inch FWVGA display with 854×480 pixels resolution and runs Android 5.1 operating system wrapped under Amigo 3.1.

There is 16GB of internal memory which is expandable up to 32GB using microSD card. The device sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera and a 0.3 mega pixel front facing camera. The camera of the phone comes loaded with several features like face beauty to enhance the selfie images, in addition to continuous shots and panoramic shots features.
