Motorola will pay INR 60,200 in against a complaint of customer for faulty handset

Ramesh Shah, who lives in Vasai town in Thane district. He bought a Motorola handset Moto Ming – A1200 back in April, 2008 from a local dealer Sanghavi Infocom. Soon he found out that the loudness of the speaker of the handset was not good enough. So he went to dealer back and told about the problem. But the dealer told him that his handset is good, it doesn’t have any fault. Later, Mr. Shah went to a service center of Motorola and complaint his problem. Service centre identified the problem and collected the handset for replacement.

Nokia Lumia 525 affordable Windows smartphone launched at INR 10,399

Two new smartphones Nokia Lumia 525 and Nokia Lumia 1320 will be available in market from Tuesday, 14 January. The Nokia Lumia 1320 is mid range smartphone available at price INR 24k. While Nokia also announced budget windows phone Nokia Lumia 525 at attractive price 10,399. The new Nokia Lumia 525 will be available in Orange, White, Yellow and Black colours. This phone was announced globally last year in November. But now Nokia announced availability and price of this device. Like other latest Lumia devices this device also comes with Lumia Black update.

BlackBerry India reduced price of its most cheapest BB 10 smartphone making it more affordable for users. Blackberry slashed price of its Q5 smartphone in India. Before it, this qwerty smartphone was available at INR 24,990 but now according to sources it is now available in India at price INR 19,990. We can see that BlackBerry wants to compete with popular vendors like Apple, Samsung and Sony. So that BlackBerry is reducing prices of its smartphone in India. This price cut will surely help BlackBerry to reach out to more potential customers in India.
