HP has launched its latest Windows 8.1 based tablet- HP Stream 8 Tablet in India. This tablet is powered by 1.8 GHz Intel Atom Z3735G processor with Intel HD Graphics (2 MB cache, 4 cores), accompanied with 1 GB of RAM and runs on Windows 8.1 operating system with Bing 32. It features an 8 inch diagonal WVA IPS anti-glare multitouch-enabled LED-backlit display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution. This device sports a 5 mega pixel rear camera with auto focus and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera with fixed focus for video calling and taking selfies. It entails 32 GB of internal storage which is further expandable via microSD card.
Ahead of its official launch, latest tablet- HP Pro Tablet 408 G1 from HP has been spotted listed on the company’s official website. Dubbed as a business tablet, it ensures the smooth functioning of various tasks in business with its quick and fast performance. According to the listing on HP’s official website, this tablet is powered by Intel Atom Z3736F processor (1.33 GHz, up to 2.16 GHz using Intel Burst Technology, 2 MB cache, 4 cores) with Intel HD Graphics coupled with 2 GB RAM. It features 8 inch diagonal HD MIPI IPS display with 1280 x 800 pixels resolution and 10-point touch panel.
As the upgraded version of its Slate 6 Voice Tab, HP has launched- HP Slate 6 VoiceTab II in India. This tablet comes with a voice-calling feature. This innovative product comes with a user friendly interface. It also features dual standby SIM cards ensuring that the user does not miss any call. It is designed to deliver flawless superior quality performance to the users.
It comes with a 6 inch HD IPS display with 1280 x 720 resolution. It is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Marvell PXA1088 processor. It runs on Android 4.4.2 KitKat. It sports an 8 mega pixel rear camera and 2 mega pixel front camera. This tablet features 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal storage (expandable up to 32GB). It packs a 3000 mAh battery. As connectivity options it supports Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 with EDR , GPS/ A-GPS, and Micro-USB. The dimensions of the this phablet are 165.1 x 83.2 x 8.98 mm and it weighs 160 grams.

HP comes up with an entry level affordable tablet in US market with a price tag of $100. The 7-inch device is powered by a 1GHz quad core ARM Cortex A7 processor along with 1GB RAM. The device comes with only Wi-Fi connectivity only, no specific cellular model as well. And there is not any plan to launch it in international market as well.
