Asus Fonepad Launched At Rs.15,999– Video Review And Details

Asus India and Intel today launched the Asus Fonepad, a 7 inch Android tablet with 3G and Phone calling functionality in India at a price of Rs. 15,999. The price of the Fonepab is very competitive considering that it offers good specs, 3G and calling functionality in a good form factor.

On the display side, it has a 7 inch HD IPS display with 1280×800 pixels display resolution. The display is 10 point multi-touch touchscreen. It is powered by n Intel Atom 1.2 GHz (Z2420) processor and 1 GB of RAM. It has 8 GB internal memory which can be further increased by adding an additional microSD card. The thickness of the tab is just 10.4 mm and weighs around 340g. It has 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, Dual camera with 1.2 MP front camera and a 3 MP camera at rear. With its large 4270 Lithium polymer battery, it can deliver a battery life of up to 9 hours.

HTC Desire L India Launched Expected At Around Rs.20,000 Price Tag

HTC has covered its flagship arena for this year and now it is looking to strengthen its mid range. The company has just announced another mid ranger to adorn its mid range smartphone lineup and the device is HTC Desire L. The smartphone has been launched for the Taiwanese market as of now and there’s no word on the global availability but we expect the smartphone reach us shortly and would be priced around Rs.20,000.

The Desire L features a 4.3 inch capacitive display with a resolution of 800×480 pixels. It will run on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean with the company’s Sense UI on top of it. The device will get 1GB RAM to help it multitask and the internal storage of the smartphone will stand at 4GB. It will get a microSD card slot as well to help expand the storage capacity by another 32GB. It will be up against the recently launched Lumia 720 which retails around a similar price point.

Samsung Galaxy S4, the most hotly anticipated device for this summer will be making its way to Indian stores by the end of April. The launch in India shall happen around 25-27th April with the sales commencing after that. An entry level smartphone from Micromax is now available on online retail stores for the price tag of INR 4,599. Micromax Bolt a51 is a dual SIM android smartphone with two cameras. The screen size of this phone is 3.5 inch, it is an HVGA display with 320 x 480 Pixels resolution. The phone is running on the older version of Android that is v2.3.7 Gingerbread. It comes with 832 MHz single core processor from Broadcom. There is 256 MB RAM along with 512 MB internal storage. The memory is expandable up to 32 GB via a memory card. There is not GPS support in this device as its price is slightly low.
