Micromax Canvas Spark Launched At Rs. 4,999: Specs, Features & Hands On Review

After heavy promotions and teasers, Micromax has finally launched its new smartphone dubbed the Micromax Canvas Spark in the Indian market. The handset is priced at Rs. 4,999 and will be available exclusively on Snapdeal.com. It will go on sale starting April 29 while registrations for first flash sale will begin tomorrow, April 22 at 12.00 PM.

Under the hood, the dual-SIM handset is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM. Running Android 5.0 Lollipop operating system, the handset features a 4.7 inch qHD display  with 960 x 540 pixels resolution and Gorilla Glass 3 protection. There is an 8 mega pixel rear camera and a 2 mega pixel front facing camera.

Google Handwriting Input Lets You Handwrite Text In 82 Languages

Google has announced the launch of a new handwriting keyboard for Android dubbed the Google Handwriting Input. The input tool is now available to download from Google Play store. After installing it on your smartphone or tablet, set the keyboard as default and you are ready to go. The Handwriting tool supports 82 languages in 20 distinct scripts and allows users to input text using a stylus or their finger. Furthermore, the keyboard is compatible with both printed as well as cursive writing inputs.

Oppo has launched its new budget smartphone Oppo A31 with LTE support in China. The dual-SIM device is powered by 64-bit quad-core Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 processor clocked at 1.4 GHz paired with 1 GB of RAM and Adreno 306 GPU. Running Android 4.4 KitKat operating system wrapped under ColorOS 2.0.1, the handset features a 4.5 inch FWVGA IPS display with 854 x 480 pixel resolution. Dell has expanded its tablet portfolio with the launch of Dell Venue 10 7000 tablet. Tha tablet flaunts its sleek design and comes with a backlit keyboard which enables the customers to use it in various modes namely-  tablet, slate, stand, tent or clamshell. Additionally, the tablet also features front facing stereo speakers. Coming to specifications, the Android 5.0 Lollipop based Venue 10 7000 is powered by a quad-core Intel Atom Z3580 processor accompanied with 2 GB of RAM and features a 10.5-inch OLED display with 2560 x 1600 pixel resolution.

OnePlus Rolls-Out Android Lollipop-Based Oxygen OS for One Smartphone

After missing deadlines last month, OnePlus has finally announced the roll-out of its new operating system Oxygen OS based on Android Lollipop.
