Huawei Ascend G600 Launched At Rs.14990

Huawei Ascend G600 smartphone has been launched in India for just Rs.14990. This phone was revealed in August 2012. Huawei made announcement for the phone in IFA 2012. Along with this smartphone, the Korean phone maker revealed two other smartphones Ascend G330 and Ascend Y2012 Pro. Ascend G600 will be giving a tough fight to several other smartphones like Samsung Galaxy S Duos, HTC One V, and Sony Xperia U.

Huawei Ascend G300 began trading in India in December 2012. It has been priced at Rs.10, 999.  This smartphone has somewhat similar features to G600 except the dual core processor that has been clocked at 1 GB, 5 Megapixels Rear Camera and four inches long IPS display despite of 4.5 Inches.

MSI Enjoy 71 Tablet Launched

A good news for all those who had been looking for adding a 7-inch tablet in their gadget collection but had to step back considering the high costs. MSI has revealed a new 7-inches tablet Enjoy 71 at a pretty low price tag. Although the official date of release has not been announced officially, the tablet bears a price tag of $172 in Taiwan – the place where it was first unveiled.

But keep all your normal assumptions apart, the tablet features all regular features of a standard 7 inches tablet. It sports a dual-core Amlogic AML8726-MX processor clocked at 1.5 GHz and an Android 4.0 software. The device weighs just 298grams along with an internal memory of 8 GB that can be starched up to 32 GB courtesy the micro SD card. Other specification details include a 7-inches long IPS screen with a resolution of 1024X600 Pixels, a 2.0 Mega Pixels camera and a 0.3 Mega Pixels front camera for video interactions, micro-USB along with mini-HDMI connectivity, and memory of 1GB. A Mali-400 GPU look into the graphics sections. A 3200mAh battery supports micro-USB charging.

Lava Xolo A1000 With HD Display- Features and Price

The bigger it is, the better it is seems to be the mantra every Indian smartphone manufacturer seems to be following. Lava, the Indian electronics manufacturer seems to be catching up fast on the latest mantra and in sync with that, have recently launched the first Android Jelly Bean handset from the company and it is a 5 inch phablet. It will be the flagship of the Xolo series and the handset has been named Xolo A1000. It will retail for Rs.13,999.

Lava Xolo A1000 comes with a 5 inch IPS capacitive display unit and the resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels puts it right at par with the recently launched Micromax Canvas HD. But where it does not match up to the Micromax flagship is the processing power. It gets a 1GHz MediaTek NT6577 dual-core processor which is coupled with 1GB of RAM to our relief and the multi tasking abilities go to an all together different level with the increased RAM. And yes it will get a Dual Sim functionality as well.

Sony Xperia Z And Xperia ZL Launch In India Soon

Sony took the lion’s share of attention at the CES 2013 where it displayed the torch bearers of the company in the top end smartphone segment and showcased the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL. And after the devices were showcased, the next big question was that when would the devices reach the common man.Sony has already started the global roll out of the devices and has just teased the smartphones on their Indian website.

India is one of the fastest growing countries in terms of the smartphones bought and it was only a matter of time when Sony decided on launching the smartphones in India in the first wave of global launches.Sony Xperia Z is headed for an Indian launch before the fiscal year ends and shall hit the retail stores in March 2013. The Sony India website has the device listed with a coming soon status and the smartphone would lock horns with the recently announced HTC Butterfly and the iPhone 5.

5 Inch Phablet By Mogu At Rs. 2,500

The recent times have seen a lot of budget phablets reach the Indian shores at the speed of lightning. Be it the offerings from the Indian manufacturers, or be it the offerings from one of the renowned Chinese elecetronics manufacturers. Mogu, a Chinese electronics brand is all set to venture into Indian market with a phablet that would come at a price point at which you can only get feature phones from even the Indian manufacturers.

Mogu will be launching a 5 inch Adroid based phablet in the Indian market at a price of meagre Rs.2,500 plus taxes but even after that, it would cost south of Rs.3,000. Micromax A27 Ninja Launched In India

It is raining cheap droids. After the Indian electronics companies are giving their flagship Android powered smartphones their due share of attention, they are shifting their focus to the entry level smartphones simply because the entry level droids are way more affordable and the volumes in this segment are so much that you simply can not ignore this segment. Recently Spice announced the Spice Smart Flo mi-351 and now Micromax has announced its rival, the Micromax A27 at a price of Rs.3,399 and it undercuts its rival by Rs.300 in terms of pricing.

The Micromax A27 Ninja had first made its appearance at the company’s website a few days ago and the official launch was on the cards. The smartphone is available on Saholic.com for you to purchase. The A27 comes with a 3.5 inch capacitive display which has a resolution of 480 x 320 pixels. The device will run on a slightly outdated Android version, Android 2.3 Gingerbread but given the price at which it comes, we did not really expect Android 4.1 Jelly Bean either.

Micromax A35 Bolt Launched At Rs. 4250

Micromax seems to be on a roll and seems to be delivering the promise of launch of 30 new devices in the country in the year 2013. It was only yesterday that they launched the budget droid A27 and today they have rolled out another cheap droid, the Micromax A35 Bolt. The device will retail for Rs. 4,250 which is almost Rs.1,000 more than the A27 and it offers you a bigger screen, bigger battery and a better overall experience for that price difference.

The Micromax 35 Bolt will come with a 10.1 cms screen in the front which shall support a multi-point touch. The device will run on a single-core 1 GHz processor which seems to be the norm these days with the budget smartphones. The internal storage of the device stands at 160MB and can be expanded by upto 16GB via a microSD card. The smartphone will come with a ‘Flash Transfer’ application which will allow for easier transfers of data between Android devices.
