As expected, the Xiaomi Redmi 2 has finally reached the Indian shores. The handset has been launched in India today, at an event in New Delhi. The registration for the handset will begin on Flipkart from 12th March 2015 at 6.00 PM while it will go on sale starting 24th March. Company has also announced the Limited Edition of Redmi 2 for India which will feature 2 GB of RAM and 16 GB of inbuilt storage instead of 1 GB RAM and 8 GB storage. Videocon Telecom To Launch 4G Services In UP & Bihar

Videcon Telecom has announced its plans to launch 4G services in UP & Bihar. Videocon will invest more than 1200 crores for the roll out of 4G services in 29 cities in three circles namely, UPE, UPW and Bihar while remaining areas will be continued to offer 2G voice network. Videocon will further offer these 4G services at the rates 2G and 3G data services to attract more customers. Microsoft has launched its latest budget 4G smartphone based on Windows Phone 8.1- Nokia Lumia 638 in India. The highlight of this device is that it is the cheapest smartphone enabled with 4G in Indian market as of now. This smartphone is powered by 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor coupled with 1 GB of RAM and runs on Windows Phone 8.1 operating system with Lumia Cyan.
