Price and Availability
Both the Microsoft Surface Duo and Surface Neo are tipped to go on sale in November/ December next year. There is no information about its price tag.

The dual-screen device sports two 5.6-inch displays. It unfolds into an 8.3-inch tablet. The 360-degree hinge offers a variety of modes.
The Microsoft Surface Duo runs the Android operating system. It comes with Google Play Store and runs Microsoft Launcher. You can even make phone calls.
Additionally, the dual-screen device (when folded out) will offer touch commands on the lower portion of the screen (for Project xCloud Xbox game streaming).
Microsoft claims that the developers will be able to leverage special APIs that detect when a game is streaming to a small-screen device (including foldable devices) and bring up the necessary controls.

The dual-screen device sports two 9.0-inch displays connected by a 360-degree full-friction hinge. Microsoft claims that the unfolded 13.0-inch display is thinnest LCD in its class.
The Microsoft Surface Neo runs the Windows 10X operating system (new OS for dual-screen devices). It lets you take notes on one screen while reviewing the full project proposal on the other.
There is also a hardware keyboard for typing emails and more.

Conclusion
The Microsoft Surface Duo and Microsoft Surface Neo are not the only devices with the new Windows 10X. Asus, Dell, HP, and Lenovo will be introducing a new Intel-powered Windows 10X dual-screen next year.
The Windows 10X is designed for new dual-screen PCs. Microsoft is working with an app developer ecosystem for custom apps.
“It’s built for productivity and multitasking like a true PC would be – running full productivity apps, with a removable keyboard and compatibility with Surface Pen and Bluetooth mouse,” Microsoft said in a statement.
