At CES 2018, Sony has announced multiple new smartphones including Xperia L2, Xperia XA2, and Xperia XA2 Ultra. The Sony Xperia L2 is a budget smartphone with a wide-angle front camera. The new smartphone sports a 5.5-inch display with HD (720 x 1280 pixels) resolution, Image Enhance Technology, and Gorilla Glass protection. It is powered by a quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor and 3GB RAM.
In terms of camera, the new Sony Xperia L2 sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with f/2.0 aperture. The 8-megapixel front camera comes with a 120-degree wide angle and f/2.4 aperture. The 32GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card (up to 256GB).
The new handset is backed by a 3300mAh battery with Qnovo Adaptive Charging, STAMINA mode, and Battery Care.

The Sony Xperia L2 runs Android 7.1.1 Nougat operating system out-of-the-box. It comes pre-loaded with apps like Movie Creator, AR Effect, and Xperia Lounge. The audio is enhanced by Clear Audio+ and Clear Bass audio output.
The dual-SIM smartphone measures 150 x 78 x 9.8mm and weighs 178 grams. Connectivity options include 4G, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C, Wi-Fi, NFC, and FM radio. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the back.
