The Sony Xperia 5 II is priced at EUR 899 (approx Rs 78,000)/ $949 (approx Rs 70,000). It comes in Black, Blue, Grey, and Pink color options.
The new smartphone will be available in the European and the US market later this year. As of now, there is no information about the Indian price and launch date.

The Sony Xperia 5 II is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 865 processor and 8GB RAM. The 128GB UFS storage can be expanded via a microSDXC card (up to 1TB).
In terms of optics, the smartphone sports a triple rear camera setup. It uses a 12MP primary sensor (f/1.7 aperture), a 12MP secondary sensor (f/2.4), and a 12MP wide-angle lens (f/2.2).
For selfies and video calling, the Sony Xperia 5 II sports an 8MP front camera (f/2.0). It is backed by a 4,000mAh battery with fast charging support (can be charged to 50 percent in just 30 minutes).

The Sony Xperia 5 II runs the Android 10 operating system. Connectivity options include 5G, dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth 5.1, a 3.5mm headphone jack, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
The dual-SIM smartphone measures 158 x 68 x 8mm and weighs 163 grams. It comes with IP65/ 68 water resistance.
The 6.1-inch OLED display comes with Full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,520 pixels) resolution, 21:9 aspect ratio, 120Hz refresh rate, and 240Hz touch scanning rate. It also supports HDR with 100 percent coverage of the DCI-P3 color space.
Additional features on the device include a fingerprint sensor, 240Hz Motion Blur Reduction, DSEE Ultimate (for better audio quality), and Dolby Atmos support.
