Sony has added new products to its headphone and wireless speaker lineup. As a part of Sony EXTRA BASS series, three new headphones have been launched. The EXTRA BASS wireless speakers’ range makes do with four new additions. Sony has attributed growing sales in personal audio products market for this move. Let’s talk about them in detail, starting with the headphones.

The new EXTRA BASS headphones will be available for purchase from April 20, 2017. The MDR-XB950B1 is a pair of wireless headphones and sport over-the-ear design. The MDR-XB510AS in-ear headphones are for people with active lifestyle and are splash proof for the purpose. You can wash them too. The MDR-XB550AP headphones come with an inline remote and mic to answer/end calls. The MDR-XB950B1 is available in Black and Blue shades. The MDR-XB550AP is available in Black, Red, Blue, Green and White shades while the MDR-XB510AS are available in Black, Red, Green and Blue colours.

The wireless speakers’ range gets four new additions. All these speakers are water-resistant. You can use pair either of these speakers with another for stereo sound effect. Barring the SRS-XB10, all other speakers come with line light. The SRS-XB40 and SRS-XB30 can recharge your smartphone via USB as well. The SRS-XB40 is available in Black colour only. The SRS-XB30 is available in Black, Red and Blue shades while the remaining two speakers are available in Black, Red, Blue and Green colours. These speakers will be available for purchase from April 25, 2017.
