We tried our hands on to an Indian shopping app for mobile phones which is available for smartphones and can be downloaded from Google Play store here. In this article we share with you our experience and ShopClues mobile shopping app review.
ShopClues offers a lot of products at attractive prices and across different categories. You can choose from various categories, or do a search for something specific you want to buy.
The products have been categorized properly for easy browsing. The applications provides a brief overview of the products in a list form and you can view any product’s details and pictures by clicking on it.
It offers a variety of products and accessories ranging from personal health care products, cosmetics, apparels, jewelry, gadgets, mobile phones tablets, cameras, accessories etc. It has almost all sort of consumer products under one roof, so you need not look for multiple shopping services.
Once you have located the product, just add it to cart, create an account or login with your existing account if you have already created one. Provide your shipping address, select payment method, confirm your order and it will be delivered to your doorsteps withing a few days depending on your location and location of the seller.
It provides multiple payment options including cash on delivery, credit cards, debit cards, internet banking etc. Also it keep you informed of your order status via SMS alerts. You also get tracking code with courier details (via email and SMS) after the product is shipped.
We ordered a monopod which is a camera accessory, it was shipped from Mumbai to Delhi (our address). The item was shipped the very next day from the date of order and we received the same a day after it was shipped. We made the payment via credit card on the mobile app only. The payments are secure and use the OTP SMS password sent by the bank for the credit card transactions, which makes it safe. Our experience with this app has been smooth and we got the product nicely packed and on time.
