Both the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 will go up for pre-order from August 24. Sales will start from September 10.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is priced at Rs 84,999 for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM/ 256GB storage model comes at Rs 88,999. It comes in Phantom Black and Cream color options.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is priced at Rs 1,49,999 for the 12GB RAM/ 256GB storage variant. The 12GB RAM/ 512GB storage model costs Rs 1,57,999. It comes in Phantom Black and Phantom Green colors.

Specifications and Features
The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 sport an IPX8 water-resistant build (made of Samsung’s Armor Aluminum) and a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate display.
Samsung claims that the new foldable phones come with a new protective film (made of stretchable PET5) that is 80 percent more durable than previous devices.

The new smartphone is powered by a 5nm octa-core processor (a maximum clock speed of 2.84GHz) along with 8GB RAM and 128GB/ 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 is backed by a 3,300mAh dual-cell battery that supports 15W fast charging (compatible with Qualcomm’s Quick Charge 2.0). It also supports wireless charging and reverse wireless charging.
The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 runs Android 11 OS. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port. A fingerprint sensor is placed on the side.

The foldable phone features a 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display with full-HD+ (1,080 x 2,640 pixels) resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
Additionally, the larger cover display (1.9-inch size) comes with a resolution of 260 x 512 pixels and a pixel density of 302ppi.
Cameras
On the back, the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 3 sports a dual-camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor (f/1.8, wide-angle lens, OIS) and a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens.
For selfies and video calling, the foldable phone features a 10-megapixel camera (f/2.4) on top of its folding display.

The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 is backed by a 4,400mAh dual-cell battery that supports 25W fast charging. It supports both wireless and wired charging and also enables reverse wireless charging.
The foldable phone runs Android 11 OS with One UI on top. Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.2, GPS/ A-GPS, NFC, Ultra-Wideband (UWB), and a USB Type-C port.
For security, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The company has also added S Pen support.

The foldable phone sports a 7.6-inch primary Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display with QXGA+ (2,208 x 1,768 pixels) resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display cover screen with HD+ (832 x 2,268 pixels) resolution and 120Hz adaptive refresh rate.
Cameras
On the back, the new handset sports a triple-camera setup with a 12-megapixel primary sensor (with optical image stabilization), a 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 12MP telephoto lens (with dual OIS support, up to 2x optical zoom, HDR10+ recording).
For selfies and video calling, the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 features a 10-megapixel camera (f/2.2 aperture, 80 degrees field-of-view).
Additionally, the company has an under-display camera (4-megapixel resolution, f/1.8 lens) on top of its folding screen.
