The new Galaxy A series tablets come in Wi-Fi only and Wi-Fi + 5G variants. All models are backed by a 5,100mAh battery.
While the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 comes with a MediaTek Helio G99 chipset and an 8.7-inch display, the Galaxy Tab A9+ gets a Snapdragon 695 SoC and an 11.0-inch display.
Both tablets run Android 13 OS with OneUI 5.1.1 on top. Connectivity options include 5G, dual SIM (eSIM + physical SIM), Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and a USB Type-C port.

The new tablet is powered by a MediaTek Helio G99 processor and 4GB RAM. The 64GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 sports an 8-megapixel rear camera with autofocus features. For video calling, it features a 2-megapixel front camera with front flash.
The new tablet sports an 8.7-inch LCD WQXGA display with a resolution of 800 x 1,340 pixels and a 60Hz refresh rate. It measures 219 x 29 x 131.6mm and weighs 366 grams.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 is backed by a 5,100mAh battery. For audio, it features dual speakers by AKG with Dolby Atmos support.

The new tablet is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor, 8GB RAM, and a 5,100mAh battery. The 128GB internal storage can be further expanded via a microSD card slot.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ sports an 8-megapixel rear camera and a 5-megapixel front camera. For audio, it features a quad-speaker setup that supports surround sound.
The new tablet sports an 11.0-inch WQXGA LCD display with a resolution of 1,200 x 1,920 pixels and a 90Hz refresh rate. It measures 305 x 204 x 37mm and weighs 510 grams.

Both A-series tablets are available for purchase during Amazon’s ongoing Great Indian Festival 2023. Interested customers can choose from Dark Blue, Grey, and Silver colour options.
As per Amazon listings, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 is priced at Rs 12,999 for the 4GB RAM/ 64GB storage/ Wi-Fi only variant. The Wi-Fi + 5G variant (4GB RAM + 64GB storage) comes at Rs 15,999.
On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A9+ is priced at Rs 20,999 for the 8GB RAM/ 128GB storage/ Wi-Fi-only variant. The price tag of the Wi-Fi + 5G variant is yet to be revealed. are unavailable at this moment.
