South Korean smartphone maker Samsung launched its Galaxy On6 in India on 2nd July 2018. Samsung Galaxy On6 is the latest model in the Galaxy On series. It has an Infinity Display design which allegedly gives 15% more display area without increasing the overall size.
Samsung Galaxy On6 is more of a youth handset with thin bezels, a selfie camera with LED flash, and an 18:5:9 display.

In India, the handset will be sold for Rs. 14,490. It will be given away exclusively through Flipkart and Samsung Online Shop from 5th July 2018 onwards.

The company is offering a new ‘Chat Over Video’ feature. It will let users chat with contacts while watching videos. A translucent chat screen will be there. There is also a preloaded My Galaxy Video app, which permits users to curated video content from a list of providers. It consists of playlists, shows, and movies. Even Samsung Pay Mini is there.
The smartphone is dual-Nano SIM supported. It runs Android 8.0 Oreo with Samsung Experience UX on top. It has been built with a 5.6-inch HD+ (720×1480 pixels) Super AMOLED display with an 18:5:9 aspect ratio. There is also a pixel density of 293ppi.

The handset is powered by an octa-core Exynos 7870 SoC, clocked at 1.6GHz. It is paired with Mali T830 MP1 GPU and 4GB RAM.
In terms of optics, the smartphone has a 13-megapixel sensor at the rear with an LED flash. It supports Animated GIF, Beauty Face, Best Photo, HDR etc. Up front, there is an 8-megapixel selfie shooter with an LED flash. Both the rear and front sensors are coupled with f/1.9 aperture lens. The selfie shooter also has Face Unlock.
The handset has 32GB of inbuilt storage which is expandable via microSD card (till 256GB). There is also 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. Last but not the least, it has a 3000mAh battery, and a rear fingerprint sensor.
