The Samsung Galaxy M12 is expected to be launched ‘sometime early 2021.’ It is tipped to feature a budget-friendly price tag.
Several details of the device have already emerged online. It is reportedly in production at Samsung’s manufacturing plant in Noida.
The upcoming handset seems to come with similar specs as the Samsung Galaxy A42 5G. However, there are slight differences between the two models.

As per recent reports and rumors, the upcoming handset sports a plastic unibody with a 6.7-inch flat display and a waterdrop-shaped display notch (for the selfie camera).
On the back, the Samsung Galaxy M12 sports a dual-textured design (with a stripped upper section and a smooth glossy lower section).
The upcoming smartphone is expected to be powered by an Exynos 850 processor along up to 6GB LPDDR4 RAM and 128GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It will run Android 11 OS out-of-the-box.
In terms of optics, the Samsung Galaxy M12 will have a triple rear camera setup with a 48MP primary sensor, a secondary ‘HI1336’ 13MP ultra-wide sensory, and a 2MP macro sensor.
Additionally, the new smartphone is said to features a massive 6,000mAh battery, an 8MP selfie camera, a fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.0, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
